Catch up on Weeds Season 4 on DVD before Season 5 debuts

Remember “Yoga Ass?” What about Shane’s scheme to become popular by selling weed to middle schoolers? Or Albert Brooks’ excellent cameo as grandpapa Lenny Botwin?

If none of these ring a bell, you need to get up to speed on Weeds’ last season before the new season debuts next month. Happily, the Season 4 DVD is about to drop from Lionsgate.

The set is out June 2, but you can preorder now from Showtime for about $40 bucks, or get a deal from Amazon, which has a price of about $26 right now.

The 13-episode package will take you from the Botwin’s arrival in the Cali border town of Ren-Mar through Silas’ love affair with the MILF next door, Celia’s incarceration and Nancy’s ever more dangerous fascination with the border as a place to traffic Mary Jane and much more.

Even if you watched Season 4 the first time around, it’s worth a repeat performance. And don’t forget — Weeds fifth season arrives on June 8!
