The L Word’s Pam Grier signs on to Smallville

Pam Grier played a good girl for six seasons as Kit Porter on The L Word, but she’s about to go very, very bad.

The actress has signed on for a multi-episode turn as political operative Agent Amanda Waller on Smallville, according to EW’s Michael Ausiello.

Waller, a.k.a. “The Wall” is an iconic DC Comics villain who led the Suicide Squad, often manipulating it to her own ends. Read more about Waller’s origins and history in the DC database. Grier’s Smallville episodes will start airing on the CW in January. She’s currently filming Just Wright, a romantic comedy set in New York.
