The Tudors’ Henry Cavill with long locks: hit or miss?
December 27, 2009 by Jillian Cohan
Ever since Henry Cavill appeared beside Jonathan Rhys Meyers‘ King Henry as loyal friend Charles Brandon on the first season of The Tudors, we at Showtime Fan HQ have had a bit of a crush on the British hottie.
As the seasons progressed and Brandon’s character grew into a mature lord who concerned himself as much with matters of state as he did with comely lasses, we continued to be smitten. Meantime, Cavill added action movies and Woody Allen films to his resume and looked great doing it.
We therefore have very mixed feelings about this photo snapped earlier this month at an equestrian event in Paris, which shows Cavill sporting what we fear is a mullet:

Cavs still has amazing bone structure and an awesome smile. But if he spends all of his time as Theseus in Dawn of War with that pelt hanging off his neck, we’re not sure we can get over it.
Other bloggers agree, but what about you, Tudors fans? Is this new ‘do a hit or a miss?
Cavill returns to Showtime for Season 4, the final season of The Tudors, on April 11. In honor of his hotness on the show, here are some Cavill pics from the past season. Enjoy!

Shaved, cropped, curly, thick, long, short… Henry Cavill is the same to me. Fascinating, statuesque, well-mannered, brilliant. He can’t go wrong!
